Truly magical.

The Kaipara Harbour, renowned for its snapper fishing and scallops, is easily accessed by several close boat ramps making those excursions very palatable.

For the golfers there is the Helensville and Wainui Golf Courses right on your doorstep.

Both courses having great reviews and keen club support. A little further, but easily accessed, are Muriwai, Southhead and Northridge courses.

The equestrians are spoilt for choice too.

There is a very large local equestrian community and numerous equestrian entities handy, including the Kaukapakapa Pony Club just a few kilometres away and the incredible Woodhill Sands across the way at Helensville.

Schooling options are numerous. Kaukapakapa Primary is just down the hill and Waitoki Primary a little further along the road. There is a bus servicing the in-zone Kaipara College and also the Orewa and Northshore Colleges.

Kaukapakapa is a rural town that is currently expanding.

Complementing the existing general store,

hairdresser, café and take-away is a commercial development having already opened a new petrol station, bottle store and realty.

It is understood that a pharmacy, doctors’ rooms and xray are planned for in the balance of the space and we hear chat about a super market?

It is fundamentally a lovely rural town with a strong local community supporting its AG days, Fairs, Galas

and farmers market.

A jewel in the crown is the accessibility of everything. There is easy access to both the Northern and Western Motorways, not to mention State Highway 16 to slip north on. Also a very regular bus service to both Silverdale and Helensville is on offer.

Kaipara harbour view offers a unique and wonderful lifestyle for the whole family.
